Privacy Policy
BillArrow Privacy Policy
Effective date: 30 May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BillArrow collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the BillArrow website and app.
Information We Collect
BillArrow collects account details such as your name, email address, password, business profile information, billing details, client records, product and service records, expenses, invoice content, payment status, and settings you choose inside the app.
If you connect Gmail, BillArrow stores the access tokens needed to send invoice and estimate emails from your connected Google account. BillArrow requests the Gmail send permission only so you can send billing emails from the app.
If you connect Stripe, payment setup and processing are handled by Stripe. BillArrow stores payment identifiers and invoice payment status so your records can stay up to date.
How We Use Information
We use your information to provide invoicing, client management, product and service management, expenses, reports, email sending, payment tracking, account security, support, and app administration.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Gmail data for advertising.
Google User Data
BillArrow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
BillArrow uses Google Gmail access only to send invoice and estimate emails that you choose to send from BillArrow. BillArrow does not read, search, download, or monitor your Gmail inbox, Gmail messages, Gmail contacts, or Gmail history.
BillArrow requests the minimum Google permission needed for this feature: Gmail send access. This permission lets BillArrow send emails on your behalf but does not require access to read your inbox.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, used for creditworthiness decisions, or transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide and secure the user-facing email-sending feature.
BillArrow does not allow humans to read Google user data unless you ask for support, it is necessary for security or abuse investigation, or it is required by law.
You can disconnect Gmail in BillArrow settings or remove BillArrow access from your Google Account permissions. When Gmail is disconnected, BillArrow stops using Gmail access for your account and removes the stored Gmail connection tokens.
Sharing And Service Providers
BillArrow may share information with service providers that help operate the app, such as hosting, database, authentication, email, payment, analytics, and support providers.
These providers are used only where needed to run BillArrow and provide the services you request.
Data Retention And Deletion
We keep account and business records while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.
You can request deletion of your account or connected integration data by contacting support.
Security
BillArrow uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect account and business data. No online service can guarantee complete security, but we work to protect your information and reduce risk.
