Terms of Service
BillArrow Terms of Service
Effective date: 30 May 2026
These Terms explain the basic rules for using BillArrow. By using the website or app, you agree to these Terms.
Using BillArrow
BillArrow provides tools for creating invoices, managing clients, products, services, expenses, reports, email sending, and payment workflows.
You are responsible for the information you enter, the invoices you send, the tax settings you choose, and your compliance with laws that apply to your business.
Accounts And Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account unless the activity is caused by BillArrow's failure to use reasonable security measures.
Client, Invoice, And Business Data
You own the business records, client information, invoice content, products, services, expenses, and uploaded materials you add to BillArrow.
You give BillArrow permission to process that information only as needed to provide and improve the service, support your account, and operate required app features.
Email And Google Integrations
If you connect Gmail, BillArrow uses the connection to send invoice and estimate emails that you choose to send from the app.
BillArrow does not use Gmail access to read your inbox. Gmail access is used only for the email-sending feature you request inside BillArrow.
You can disconnect Gmail from BillArrow settings or from your Google account permissions.
Payments
BillArrow may support online invoice payments through Stripe. Stripe is responsible for processing payment details and may apply its own terms and fees.
You are responsible for your payment account setup, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and customer payment disputes.
Availability And Changes
We aim to keep BillArrow reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the app is improved, repaired, or updated.
No Professional Advice
BillArrow helps organise business records and invoices, but it does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice. You should confirm important business, tax, and legal decisions with a qualified professional.
